Primarily DTW Ventures designs web sites using CSS/XHTML with touches of Flash. But that doesn't mean we don't work on full Flash projects and web sites. Just CSS/XHTML is our preferred method of delivery and we feel it's the best method of delivery in today's day and age.
With the emergence of standards compliant browsers like FireFox it has meant that web sites have had to evolve away from the old school image heavy web sites of the past to evolve into something more user friendly.

Each project is assigned a Project Manager (just one person you talk to from start to finish), a senior web designer (with a minimum of 5 years experience) and if required, a senior programmer (again with a minimum of 5 years experience in a Lead role). If SEO is required, the project is also assigned to one of our Marketing specialists.
